After Thomas helps you design the piece you want to make, we then send your idea to our CAD designer who will create a digital rendering of the piece so you can see what it will look like before we start making it.

Changes are welcome before manufacturing begins. We do not proceed with the job until we have your approval, we want to ensure that the design is exactly what you want before continuing.

The digital rendering, after your approval, will be sent to the casting house where the mounting will become tangible jewelry. The mounting will then be sent back to Thomas for stone setting, cleaning, and polishing.

We recently had a customer who wanted a custom ring made, but could not find a jeweler who would make it. She brought her design into our shop and we got started on the process right away. After a digital design was created, a mounting made at the casting house, and Thomas putting the finishing touches on her ring, she left our store ecstatic. We were able to take her idea that she thought was impossible and produce something to last her a lifetime.
